Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Booking is the best way to guarantee a slot, especially for MOTs and services. We keep space every day for urgent jobs like punctures, warning lights and brake problems, so give us a call and we will fit you in as soon as we can.
Will servicing with you affect my manufacturer warranty?
No. Under UK law you can have your car serviced by any garage without affecting the manufacturer warranty, as long as the work follows the manufacturer schedule and uses parts of matching quality. We do both, and we record every service in your service book or digital history.
How do you price repairs?
Before we start any work we inspect your car, send you photos of anything that needs attention and give you a fixed price. Nothing is done without your approval, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
How long will my car be with you?
MOTs and diagnostics usually take about an hour, and most services and brake jobs are finished the same day. Bigger jobs like clutches can take one to two days, and we always give you a realistic collection time when you drop the car off.
Can you collect my car?
Yes. We offer free collection and delivery within 5 miles of the workshop. If you would rather wait, our customer lounge has free Wi-Fi, coffee and somewhere to work.
What guarantee do you give on repairs?
All parts and labour are covered by our 12-month, unlimited-mileage guarantee. If anything we fitted fails within that time, we put it right free of charge.
Which cars do you work on?
We work on all makes and models of cars and light vans, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles. Our technicians are trained to work safely on hybrid and EV systems for servicing, brakes, tyres and air conditioning.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payment is due when you collect your car, and we never take payment for a booking online.
